The married couple, Beyonce and Jay-Z payed out an incredible $1,200 at Nellos Restaurant in New York last monday afternoon simply for a quiet lunch with another couple. This bill included an exclusive bottle of Dom Perignion champagne and I suppose this must have been a celebratory drink considering that the couple are NEVER seen together anymore!! Jay-Z has been promoting his new album and video game and Beyonce has been on tour so the couple are almost never photographed in public.
This is sad and all that but I still do not agree with paying out that much money for a four person dinner and THEN leaving the waitress a $500 tip for her good service!!! I really wish that I was working at a restaurant where the customers of the Upper East Side were tipping that much!!
