One Hundredth Post :)

ALEXA MULBERRY
Even the most stylish of companies can do something wrong...
My influence today comes from Londoner Carrie from wishwishwish.net.
The Alexa costs the amazing £795!
And is named after the most recent style icon of the last year Alexa Chung.
And is part of the Spring/Summer 2010 collection.
Mulberry began in the 1970's and is influenced by the British countryside,
so therefore when I saw this Alexa in the style named
'Peony Pink Shiny Leopard'
I was shocked and to be honest felt a little sick too.
If Mulberry is so influenced by the countryside and Alexa Chung
then how on earth did they come up with such a monstrosity??
It looks like the kind of thing that a prostitute would be given
by a high class investment banker
because this style is all he thinks of her
and because this name is all that his wife mentioned to her over the years,
he thought this would be perfect.
I would go more for the classic look such as the...
Bayswater Chocolate Natural Leather - £595

Or the Daria Clutch Ink Blue Soft Spongy Leather - £325

Also loving Boohoo Online
Ollie Floral Bustier Studded Trim Dress - £20

If I was Alexa I would feel a little shocked at this it is nothing like her at all.

That dress is gorgeous I am loving Boo Hoo at the moment and I have my eye on that belt from yesterday in black for me I think xoxo

Hey lovely, fancy seeing you here! ;) How did you find me?!

I LOVE Mulberry with a passion - really really want a Bayswater...but decided that on balance student loans were for living on, not buying bags...a decision I may yet regret I think!

Love your blog btw <3

I'm gonna be honest, I'm not a big fan of bags in general (don't like the extra-appendage feeling it gives) but that Alexa purse is kind of tempting, even if it is so kitsch. Thanks for visiting my blog btw!
