Maybelline Super Stay 10 Hour Tint Gloss

This product was a very unexpected purchase but I was getting fed up of my lipstick coming off during nights out so I thought I would try out one of these magical long lasting staining tints. There are so many new lip products out at the moment, so really there is no harm just picking one out of the many! I love applying anything to my lips, whether it's lipsticks or lip glosses, they all make or add to a look! Each stain gloss has an amazing oval applicator which enables the colour to cover the whole of your lips without having to re-dip. At first the colour of the 'Lasting Pink' came out a little too harsh for my skin tone but once you use some tissue paper between your lips then the colour is a lot more complimentary. One of the aspects that I like about this product is that it has a sort of fruity taste to it which makes applying the gloss a lot more fun. The taste does wear off after a little while, but all the more reason to add a little more.

Needless to say, I don't believe that any product has the ability to stay for ten hours, however if you were to drink or eat carefully then you have more chances of it staying on. Although we all know how unrealistic this is! I think this is a product more for the evenings where re-applying isn't so much of an issue and instead more of a confidence thing to make sure your lips are looking luscious and colourful. As I never really wear bright colours in the day time, the time it takes to rub off isn't an issue for me; however if I were to wear colour in the day time then this would be a product that I would use as it makes your lips soft afterwards rather than how some lipsticks show the cracks and lines.
