Roast Dinner

Roast Dinner

Now I don't know about you, but being especially patriotic to my great homeland of England, means that I love everything special to the country. Of course, top of that list is the roast dinner. What more could you ask for? The perfect mix of meat, potatoes and a hell of a lot of vegetables that normally you don't have at any other time of the week (or year). If it was up to me, every single Sunday of the year would be spent eating roast dinners and because of this, my aim is to be able to make the perfect roast. Now, I ask you...what makes the perfect roast dinner?
Are you a 'lots of meat and no veg' type, or do you go for a vegetarian option? Do you love adding in unusual vegetables or cook them in a different way? Or do you add sauces that are typically associated with that type of meat? Tell me all!
Tweet me at @Pippa_ctx with your answers too as I would love to know.

Ooh that looks good!
I love a good roast dinner, and usually pile the veg high. Good gravy is a must - and of course roast potatoes. :)

I go for the vegetarian option so that means veggie sausages and bacon. Also no roast is compete without lots of Yorkshire puddings and roast potatoes!
